International Transactions Policy

Payment Terms: The payment for the drafting services provided by the company must be made in advance or upon receipt of the invoice. The company accepts payments through wire transfer, PayPal, or credit card. Any additional fees or charges incurred during the payment process will be the responsibility of the customer.

Currency: All transactions will be conducted in USD unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. If the customer chooses to pay in a different currency, the exchange rate will be calculated based on the prevailing rate at the time of payment.

Shipping: If hard copies of the drafting documents are required, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The company will provide the customer with an estimated shipping cost at the time of order placement. The customer will be responsible for any additional fees or taxes imposed by the destination country.

The company will provide the customer with an estimated amount at the time of order placement. The customer is advised to check with their local customs office for any additional information or requirements.

Delivery Time: The company will make every effort to deliver the drafting documents within the agreed timeframe. However, the company shall not be liable for any delay caused by factors beyond its control such as shipping delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Refunds and Cancellations: The company will provide a refund for any order that is cancelled before work has begun. Once work has begun, no refunds will be provided. In case of any errors or omissions in the drafting documents, the company will make the necessary revisions at no additional cost.

Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes, the parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
